Emilee, I want to thank you so much for the gorgeous pix of my pup, Red. The session itself was a lot of fun - I don't know how you got him to do all those poses but you totally captured all sides of him - formal, casual, goofy, regal, everything. And then you were so utterly patient in helping me pick out the perfect photos out of what seemed like thousands of options! Unfortunately, I had to put Red down in October so I am now even more grateful to have the photos to remember him by. Thanks again for capturing my boy!! It is true - it's what I remember him by now.

We had just rescued our Golden Girl, Harper, when we were gifted with this photo session. Her adoption took us some time after losing our Golden Maxine at 15 three years before. Emilee was so understanding in our need to schedule our session at a further out date. There comes some bittersweet feelings when posing with a new pup, so when we were ready Emilee let us pick the time and place. As a shout out and in way of sharing, we picked our Maxine's favorite spot. I am so in love with the final outcome of these photos. Emilee somehow got our girl to smile in every single photo. More importantly, she was able to capture the love and light that Harper has been for our little family. Her photos show the bond we knew we would build together. Harper knows we our hers and that she is ours and that is evident in every single photo Emilee captured. That common saying a "picture is worth a 1000 words"--well Emilee was able to capture our story. My only regret is we not do this in the past. I cannot suggest or rave enough about Emilee for anyone wanting to capture some great photos. She can see and capture things you did not even see. We can't thank you enough.

Emilee did a photo shoot of my sweet Goldendoodles, Tucker and Gus. My world was falling apart after learning that Tucker had lymphoma, and the chemo was going to make his long eyelashes, whiskers and fur start to fall out. My boy wasn’t going to ever be cured, and my heart was shattered. I enlisted Emilee’s help in capturing my sweet boys personalities while Tucker was still doing well. The photos she captured highlighted each boy’s unique personality, and our love for each other. Just as those photos were taken, another one of my rescue pups, Stella, was diagnosed with aggressive mammary cancer and given a month to live. Emilee made a special trip to my home to capture Stella’s beautiful personality. As Tucker’s journey on earth ended in May, the photos she captured hold the deepest place in my soul. I can feel him so close, and it makes my heart smile. Emilee is not only talented, she shows great compassion, kindness and a love for her work!

Emilee has photographed my Shelties several times. Two of my dogs are rescues and very timid around people. Emilee has managed to make them feel comfortable and has captured their true personalities. She has also photographed my elderly foster and my youngest pup from his puppyhood to adulthood. It is amazing to see how well she captured the journey. Emilee's photographs are truly priceless memories!

Emilee has photographed my two Golden Retrievers since 2011. She has photographed the 4 times so far. Whether at her home studio or at a location of my choice, I have had a very hard time deciding on which pictures to order. They are all so good. I look forward to my next session with Emilee.
